Dee Dee Mozeleski
 is the Senior Vice President of the Office of Institutional Advancement, Communications & External Affairs and also serves as the Executive Director of the Foundation for City College. In 2016, she was asked to serve in the additional capacity of Senior Advisor to the President of City College, Dr. Vince Boudreau.

Ms. Mozeleski has spent more than thirty years working in service to public higher education institutions, cultural programs, international agencies and government organizations. At City, she is a member of the College’s senior leadership team, the President’s Cabinet and serves on a variety of special committees, including the Task Force for the Future of City College. Her responsibilities include philanthropic management of the Foundation for City College, stewarding and expanding the College’s public profile, workforce development activities, community engagement projects and management of our campus emergency needs programs specific to Benny’s Food Pantry, the Urban Gardens at CCNY and a portfolio of emergency support programs to expand opportunities for students. During her time at City, she led the consolidation of the College’s two fundraising organizations and oversaw the fundraising campaign which launched the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership in 2013 and launched City’s “Doing Remarkable Things Together Campaign” in support of creating a billion dollar endowment for City College.

She has been recognized as a leader in her field by CASE District II, City and State (New York) and Crain’s (New York) and serves on multiple boards including for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the National Scholarships Providers Association and FamilyKind.

Barbara Evans is the Associate Executive Director of the Office of Institutional Advancement, Communications & External Affairs and also serves as the Associate Executive Director of the Foundation for City College. Barbara has served in this capacity since 2020. Ms. Evans has spent more than 25 years working in service to public higher education, conservation and outdoor recreation, and health-related non-profit organizations. At CCNY, she oversees major gift fundraising, corporate & foundation gifts, planned giving, annual fund, and donor & alumni events. She has overseen multiple search committees and engages with colleagues campus-wide on funding and programmatic initiatives to support CCNY, its students, faculty and staff. She holds the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) professional designation, serves as a mentor for The Association of Fundraising Professionals-NYC Chapter, sits on the FreeWill Advisory Council, and serves on the Board of Directors of the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference. When not working, she enjoys trail running, cooking, reading and lifting heavy things. Her favorite philanthropy quote is “Never respect men merely for their riches, but rather for their philanthropy; we do not value the sun for its height, but for its use.” (Gamaliel Bailey)

Santiago Requejo is currently a Major Gift Officer at CCNY. Prior to CCNY, Santiago worked at the Brooklyn Museum as a Sr. Development Officer, Individual Giving. During his ten years in fundraising, he has worked for large and smaller organizations including California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco, the San Francisco Zen Center,  the College of Letters & Science, UC Berkeley and Escuela Bilingüe Internacional in Oakland, CA.

Santiago was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. He eventually moved to New York and graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in International Studies and a double minor in philosophy and German. Some of his interests are trail running, martial arts, theater and traveling.

Annika Luedke is the Director of Corporate Relations & Foundations at The Office of Institutional Advancement, Communications & External Affairs and The Foundation for City College. 

She oversees a national and international portfolio of corporate & foundation partners who provide monetary, intellectual and infrastructure support to the college. She engages alumni, supporters and students, and fosters cross-divisional collaboration to communicate CCNY’s mission to New York City, the country and the world. 

Originally from Germany, she received her Bachelor's degree in International Communication/Public Affairs with Honors from Hanze University Groningen, The Netherlands. She was a scholar of the German National Academic Foundation and graduated with a Master's degree in International Relations from The Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership in 2017 with a research thesis about the European Union's Common Security and Defence Policy. She served as the President of the International Affairs Association at CCNY and was a Colin Powell School NY Life Graduate Fellow with awarded research in educational equity policy. 

Her work includes successful submissions for private and public grants, endowed scholarship funds, research fellowships, and faculty support.

 



Michelle Ortega

Michelle Ortega is a fundraising professional at the City College of New York (CCNY) with a strong commitment to advancing the College’s mission and supporting its community. A proud CCNY graduate from the Class of 2020, she began her career with the College in 2019 as an intern in the Office of Institutional Advancement, Communications, and External Relations (OIACER), where she quickly developed a passion for philanthropy and donor engagement.

In July 2020, Michelle transitioned into the role of Development Coordinator for the OIACER. In this capacity, she supported fundraising initiatives and strengthened relationships with donors and campus partners across the College. In September 2023, while continuing to serve as Development Coordinator, Michelle also assumed the role of Co-Secretary to the Board of the Foundation for City College. In this dual capacity, she worked closely with College leadership and foundation board members, supporting foundation operations, governance, and strategic initiatives.

In July 2025, Michelle was promoted to her current role as Major Gifts Officer, where she focuses on cultivating and stewarding major donor relationships. She has successfully closed gifts ranging from $100,000 to $750,000, helping support key priorities and programs across the College.

In addition to her fundraising work, Michelle has been one of the managers of Benny’s Food Pantry, CCNY’s campus food pantry, helping to support students facing food insecurity and strengthen the campus community.

Michelle holds a Certificate in Fundraising from New York University’s School of Professional Studies. Outside of work, she is a puzzle lover and avid reader who enjoys taking on new challenges—both professionally and personally.

Sarai Perez
is the Alumni Relations and Communications Manager at the Office of Institutional Advancement, Communications and External Relations at The City College of New York. She first joined the events team in 2013 as Development and Special Events Coordinator.

The City College of New York is also Sarai’s alma mater. In 2010, she completed her undergraduate program from Ad and PR program under the MCA Department and her master’s degree in 2019 from the Branding and Integrated Communications program.

Edson Perez Amaya
is the Confidential Assistant and Co-Secretary to the Board at the Foundation for City College and the Office of Institutional Advancement at The City College of New York. In this dual capacity, he serves as a strategic liaison between the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, senior leadership, and the President’s Office, ensuring seamless governance and the execution of high-priority institutional projects.

Edson has a deep history of supporting executive leadership at the college. Prior to his current role, he served as the Interim Executive Assistant in the President’s Office and gained foundational experience in board relations, assisting the Colin Powell School Board of Visitors from 2018 to 2019. He is a certified Board Professional through the Association of Governing Boards (AGB) and is currently pursuing a Project Management Certification at NYU’s School of Professional Studies.

The City College of New York is also Edson’s alma mater. He is a proud SEEK alumnus and completed his undergraduate studies in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial Psychology—a background he frequently applies to optimize organizational behavior and board dynamics.

Outside of the boardroom, Edson is an active member of the campus community, where he helps manage Benny’s Food Pantry to support student food security across the campus. As a CCNY graduate and SEEK alum, Edson is a dedicated advocate for the mission of public higher education and is passionate about fostering a supportive, efficient environment for the entire City College family.

Kelly Sullivan serves as the Donor Stewardship Manager at The City College of New York (CCNY), where she leads the strategic design and execution of the college’s donor engagement lifecycle. A proud alumna, Kelly’s professional trajectory is a testament to the transformative power of a CCNY education. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2021 with a B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Jewish Studies—a background that continues to inform her narrative-driven approach to philanthropy and donor communications.

Kelly’s tenure with The Office of Institutional Advancement, Communications, and External Relations (OIACER) began in 2021 as an Allen Y. Lew Intern. Her talent for navigating complex institutional needs led to her transition into a Development Coordinator role and her subsequent promotion to her current role in the summer of 2025. In her current leadership capacity, Kelly is responsible for the comprehensive auditing and assessment of the college’s stewardship processes. In partnership with the Senior Vice President and cross-functional teams, she is developing a holistic stewardship profile designed to engage donors at every level. 

Simultaneously, Kelly serves as one of the co-managers of Benny’s Food Pantry, a role that provides her with a front-line perspective on student needs. She collaborates in the provision of fresh food on campus; through relationships with Migrant Kitchen, Red Rabbit, and The CUNY Fresh Food Bag Program. To ensure the program's sustainability, Kelly maintains data records essential for securing ongoing funding and grants. She also coordinates a dedicated team of student volunteers, managing pantry supplies and supervising visiting hours to ensure the facility remains a reliable resource for the community. This dual focus allows Kelly to bridge the gap between high-level philanthropy and a tangible campus impact.

Mark AB Libatique is the Director of Data, Analytics & Advancement Services. He has worked for cultural institutions and advocacy groups in and around New York City since he was 16. Most recently, he held data management positions at the New York Immigration Coalition and the Lower East Side Tenement Museum. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Rutgers University and a master's in public administration from NYU.
